New Non-fiction Titles - Canada in World War I: Life at Home

This book is part of the Canada in World War I series and examines life on the Home Front during the conflict. The book explains the background to World War I and covers the contribution of women in the workforce, the wartime economy, the role of the federal government, the treatment of those deemed to be enemy aliens, and features charts, statistics and a series of profiles of leading Canadians.
